Download and install LineageOS 16 ROM for Moto G5 Plus
Bootloader on your device must be unlocked. Follow the official bootloader unlock process.
Once done with the bootloader unlock, download TWRP recovery for Moto G5 Plus here and then for the flashing process follow instruction over here.
