So far the change is not much different from the one released for other OnePlus devices including OnePlus 3/3T and OnePlus 6. The OxygenOS 5.1.2 May 2018 Patch for OnePlus 5/5T not only brings updated security patch but also added Recently Deleted option for the photos collection in the Gallery.
The update also focused on the network and connectivity issue, added Double tap to lock screen features and fixes for the issue of Mic not working while connecting the AKG earphones. Apart from these the update performs tweaks in various other parts of the system.
