
HMD Global has just unleashed three new Nokia branded smartphones with extremely pocket friendly price tags. The new arrival includes, Nokia 5.1, Nokia 3.1 and the Nokia 2.1. Nokia 5.1 is successor to Nokia 5 2017, while Nokia 3.1 to Nokia 3 2017 and Nokia 2.1 to Nokia 2 2017.
The new Nokia 5.1 and Nokia 3.1 are Android One based smartphone while Nokia 2.1 belongs to Android Go Edition light weighted OS. The great thing about these smartphone is that they offer an Android experience at a price many people can easily afford.
Specifications of Nokia 5.1:
Nokia 5.1 gets much improvements in both design and hardware. The Nokia 5.1 a.k.a Nokia 5 2018 now features a 5.5-inch 18:9 Full HD+ display with decent 1,080 x 2,160 pixel resolution. Under the hood the chipset has got 40% increased performance with a MediaTek Helio P18 octa processor clocked at 2.0GHz.
The hardware is set up with 32GB for 3RAM and 16GB for 2GB RAM, it also features a SD card support. In the camera department the rear sensor got 16 MP, phase detection autofocus, dual-tone LED flash and an 8MP selfie shooter on the front.
The device will come with Android 8.1 Oreo and a 2,960mAh battery and will be available in three colors including Satin Copper, Tempered Blue and Black. The Nokia 5.1 release date is set for July and prices starting at €189 or $220 for 2GB/16GB variant while the 3GB/32GB device will cost you back €219 or $255.
Specifications of Nokia 3.1:
Nokia 3(2018) or Nokia 3.1 comes will come with a 5.2-inch HD Display with resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels at 310 ppi. Just below the casing the device is equipped with a MediaTek MT6750 processor along 3/4GB of RAM on board and 16/32GB of internal storage.
The Nokia 3.1 also features a 13MP rear snapper and an 8MP selfie shooter on the front. Nokia 3 2018 will be running Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box with 2 year of promised future updates. The whole hardware in Nokia 3.1 is powered by a 2,990mAh battery.
The Nokia 3.1 release date is also set for July and prices starting at €139 or $160 for 2GB/16GB variant while the 3GB/32GB device will cost you back €169 or $200. The device will be available in Blue/Copper, Black/Chrome and White/Iron.
Specifications of Nokia 2.1:
The low end device Nokia 2.1 is runs Android Oreo Go Edition which is the lighter version of Android designed for phones with low specs. The Nokia 2.1 now carries a 5.5-inch HD 16:9 720p display. The device has now obtained a 50% improved performance as it is now equipped with a Snapdragon 425 chipset, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage with an microSD slot.
The cameras also got improved as well, Nokia 2.1 now brings an 8MP rear camera with a 5MP selfie shooter on the front. The device comes with the large 4,000mAh battery that gives 2 days battery life. The price tags it carries is $115, the device will be available in Blue/Copper, Blue/Silver and Gray/Silver color schemes.
