Reports show that Samsung is seeding November 2018 security patch for 2017 flagships twins Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus in Europe. This is for the first time Samsung is going ahead Google in releasing latest monthly security update towards it’s devices. The November 2018 patch for Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus is rolling out in major European countries, arriving as build G950FXXU4CRK1 for Galaxy S8 SM-G950F while Galaxy S8 Plus SM-G955F gets the update as build G955FXXU4CRK1.
The change log is in German but apart from the security patch, Samsung also suggests to turn on Game Launcher and get more gaming services from them. The update also brings stability improvements and Samsung specific security fixes as well. We have posted below three working methods including OTA, Kies and Odin to install the update right away on your device. Just keep reading the instructions to flash the firmware right away.

OTA method:
The first thing we recommend you is the process to download the November 2018 Security Patch on Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus via OTA. For this you need to go to;
Settings > About device > System updates.
Connect your device to working data connection or WiFi connection and check for the new system updates. Let the device connect to the Samsung servers for new update, it will notify you about the update whether it is available or not. Is the response is positive just download the update and start installing it.
Samsung Kies:
If the OTA method doesn’t help you just try the update via Samsung Kies, here is the detailed process to update your device via Samsung Kies.
First You need to download Samsung Kies application. Download Kies
Install the application on your PC and open it.
Connect your device to PC and wait for the Kies app to detect your device.
Now it’s essential to make a backup of your device by clicking on Backup and Restore tab in the Kies screen.
Once the backup process is done, just click firmware upgrade to start the update process.
Odin method:
If none of the above methods worked for you then follow instruction over here to install the firmware manually via Odin. But first check for the firmware file if available.
