How to boot OnePlus 6T into Bootloader Mode
The first method to gain access to bootloader mode is very common and all you need to do is just play a simple trick with the device volume and power key.
Method 1: Using Hardware Keys
- Turn Off your device completely.
- Now hold the Volume Down + Volume up button on your OnePlus 6T
- While holding the Volume keys, press the Power button and keep it pressed until the screen lights up to boot your OnePlus 6T into bootloader Mode
Method 2: Using Advance reboot menu
OnePlus 6T also comes with a hidden option which lets you enable the Advanced Reboot Menu without root, and then allows you pick up the option to boot your device into bootloader mode.
- To do so, head to ‘Settings > ‘About phone’.
- Locate the build number option and tap on it continuously 7 times.
- It will enable developers options listed in the setting menu.
- Now, go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Developer options’.
- Enable the ‘Advanced Reboot’ option.
- Now, hold the power button until the power menu appears.
