After rolling out a few beta updates, OnePlus has finally released stable Android 10 update via OxygenOS 10 for OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro. OnePlus has officially announced the update on it’s official forum, and also mentioned that the roll out will happen in a staged manner that means not all users will get the update at once but it will take a few days to weeks for reaching every user around the globe. If you are already running previous beta builds then the new update will hit your device anytime soon. Head to Settings > About device > System updates.
The update is mostly available through the servers in Canada and Germany, so you need to set the location to either of these countries via VPN to get the update. Whole process is mentioned below.
- Download and install the Oxygen updater app from Google Play.
- Install any VPN app on the device and set the location to Germany or Canada.
- Now open the Oxygen updater app and let it search for OxygenOS update if available.

OnePlus 7 Pro stable Android 10 Oxygen OS 10.0.1
In september the company rolled out stable Android 10 update via OxygenOS 10 but later the company halted the update due to some issues in the firmware. Finally today the company has again seeded the update via OxygenOS 10.0.1 for OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro. The update comes with improvements and bug fixes in the firmware and addressed the issues found in the previous firmware.
