After Verizon and AT&T, US Cellular LG G6 owners are also getting official Android 8.0 Oreo update in the US. Android Oreo for LG G6 US Cellular is rolling out as software version US99720b which is now live as we speak. The change log of Android 8.0 Oreo for US Cellular LG G6 is pretty generic which doesn’t explain much except OS version and software version. How to install Official Oreo US99720b OTA on US Cellular LG G6
The update is heading to the eligible devices, if you think your device is un-rooted then the OTA is heading to your phone anytime soon. If you think you got zero patience in your DNA then head to Settings > About device section and there check for latest system updates if available.
As we mentioned above that only stock un-rooted device is eligible for the update, don’t waste your device waiting for the OTA if your device is rooted, it will never gonna happen you need to switch to manual firmware installation.
