Asus ZenFone Max M2 model ZB633KL gets Android Pie update today from it’s manufacturer. Last month Asus announced to release Android Pie update for ZenFone Max M2 by April 15, but it seems that the update took 5 weeks to release, but it’s better late then never.
The stock Pie update for ZenFone Max M2 arrives as build 16.2018.1905.42, which when combined with the model number become ZB633KL_WW_16.2018.1905.42. It’s needless to mentioned the update brings goodies of Android Pie and also brings in latest security patch for the device.

Tap the Settings icon in the apps drawer.
In the Setting menu, head to the “About phone” section.
Now select tap on “System updates” and check for the available system updates.
It will notify you of the update, and let it install automatically.
