Here is the process to install Moto G6 stock apps on Moto Z2 Play
Connect your device to PC and move the downloaded apps zip file to the device internal storage.
Disconnect your device from PC and boot it into recovery mode. To do so, Turn off your phone completely and then press and hold Volume down and Power button simultaneously for 2-3 seconds until you see fastboot mode. Now navigate through the menu using volume up or down and highlight the option “Recovery mode” now press power to enter recovery mode.
Once in TWRP recovery mode, just hit Install > choose the app zip package you copied to your device earlier.
Wait for the installation to complete and reboot your device after installation.
That’s it! Upon boot up process, you will see app upgrading message which means you have successfully installed Moto G6 stock apps on your Moto Z2 Play.
