Finally the Moto X4 owners in Brazil have started receiving the Android Pie soak test update on their devices. The update is released two weeks after the company rolled out Pie soak test for the Indian region. The Android Pie soak test is available to download as build PPW29.69-26 that bumps the firmware version from Android 8.1 Oreo to Android 9.0 Pie. Don’t consider it a full fledged roll out for all users, because it’s a soak test update and rolling out for a limited set of users who have already registered for the soak test update.
Motorola will continue seeding soak test until the stable Pie update is ready to launch which is going to happen in a few weeks from now. The Android Pie Soak test PPW29.69-26 for Moto X4 is live via OTA, you will be getting the OTA knock at your device anytime soon.
It’s needless to mention that the Moto X4 Android Pie Soak test brings goodies of Android Pie including Adaptive Battery feature, App Actions, Adaptive Brightness, new features in Do Not Disturb mode, gesture-based navigation and a lot more. You need to prepare storage for smooth download process. We have also mentioned the screenshots of the update and the manually process to get the OTA on your device if you are a newbie.
