How to install HyperOS on Xiaomi 12, 12 Pro, 12S, 12S Ultra, and 12S Pro

Let us tell you that each new device comes with a locked bootloader, so first you need to unlock bootloader on your device, which means you are going to lose the device warranty.
Pre-requisites to install HyperOS on Xiaomi devices:
Step 1: Download and install latest Xiaomi USB drivers on PC, here is the guide for that.
Step 2: Set up adb and fastboot drivers on PC, follow our guide to install them within 1 minute.
Step 3: Enable OEM unlock option from Developer options. Here is the guide for that
Step 4: Just head to the Xiaomi’s official bootloader unlocking page here to unlock bootloader of Xiaomi device.
Once done with the bootloader unlock stuff then head to towards the process to install HyperOS on Xiaomi 12, 12 Pro, 12S, 12S Ultra, and 12S Pro.

Process to install HyperOS on Xiaomi 12, 12 Pro, 12S, 12S Ultra, and 12S Pro
- Connect your phone to PC and boot it into fastboot mode via PC.
- Now open the adb folder and click on the the address bar then type CMD in there and press enter. Doing this will open the command window for the same folder.
- Connect your device to PC using a data cable, but remember to enable USB debugging from Developer options.
- Type the following command to boot your device into bootloader/fastboot mode.
adb reboot bootloader
Once your device restarts in bootloader mode, issue the following command to verify the proper connection between the device and PC.
fastboot devices
If you are getting the Device ID followed by the Fastboot keyword, then your connection stands successful.
Now Flash the file via Fastboot
The flash file comes with ready to go Double-click install method using the .bat file. Just connect your device in fastboot mode and start the flashing process.
Once the process is completed, your Xiaomi handset will automatically be booted to the new fresh HyperOS UI.
